At last Tuesday's meeting we heard from a fellow Rotarian, Bruce Robinson on the wonderful work being carried out by ROMAC (Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children).  Bruce is a charter member of Rotary Club of Norwest Sunrise and has been a member of Rotary for over 30 years. He became National Treasurer of ROMAC in 2013 and held that position until retiring in 2017.

He advised us of the operations of the organisation in bringing children from the Pacific area to both Australia and New Zealand for medical treatment.

On Sunday morning , 26 May myself and Lindy have volunteered to assist with North Sydney Rotary Club's involvement in the Salvation Army's Red Shield Day.

Next Tuesday our speaker will be Andrew Phippen on the subject of French Maritime Explorers.
